About:

It means a lot to me to have a art studio at Magnuson Park. I have only been a Tenent here since September 2019. I was really enjoying the space, the other artists I have met and how it has made me take myself seriously as a working artist. I have not been working there since the stay at home order because I felt that was best. I look forward to returning to my studio and teaching art when it is safe to do so.

I have worked in several mediums as an artist, textiles, acrylics, glass and currently Watercolor, I enjoy Plein Air painting as well as studio work. I look forward to teaching again and going to Art Museums. I am working on a Urban Habitat series, Visual words and a Cursive writing book. I look forward to painting, Plein Air in Magnuson Park very soon.

Sand Point Arts and Cultural Exchange acknowledge we are on the stolen and unceded ancestral land of the Duwamish, Suquamish, and Stillaguamish Tribes. We make this acknowledgment to remind ourselves that our work must strive to remedy this unjust colonization through our beliefs and actions.
